You Are a Banana Smoothie |
![]() You are friendly and popular without even trying to be. People just like you. You are easy to be around and never offend everyone. You’re quite mild. You have a warm demeanor, and many people find you to be inviting. |
Pretty accurate, and yummy looking.
My favorite summer drink to make is a frozen fruit smoothie. Mostly OJ with about 1/4 pineapple juice and a plash of lemon or lime juice. Then add frozen peaches, strawberries and maybe some raspberries and blend. The frozen fruit thickens the drink so no need for ice. No yogurt or sugar either…it’s all fruit. I drool just thinking about it.
I have none. I plan to enjoy the lazy days of summer without having to get up early to take the kids to school and after school activities. We’ll open the pool and the kids will swim and I’ll tan and relax. I can’t wait.
This is one of my all time favorite layouts. I took the picture on 6.6.06 (which I didn’t even realize until I went to scrap it, lol). It was a fun day at Brady’s Run Park. We let the kids play in the creek. This is my middle daughter, Brenna, running back to the car. I cropped the photo so that all the clutter at the top (the playground and parking lot) were out of the pic. That gave it a panoramic feel.
I just put it on the white background with the black border (top and bottom), the title and the little green circle stamps (the black border around is just for the site so you can see the edges).
I just loved how her pink dress pops against the bright green grass.
Forgetting sunblock is a bad thing.
Thirty-one years old…you would think I would know better by now. But no…………of all the days I forget sunblock today had to a real scorcher. It didn’t feel that hot out but there were no clouds and after I got out of the pool I was drying on the lounge and it was just so nice and the kids went inside and I just laid there.
Yeah, dummy, guess what happens when you lay out in the blazing sun with now sunblock. I’m a moron. Now my back is itchy and my arms feel like they are on fire. Blah.
Just finished this one. I got the layout design at pencillines.com. I usually don’t do real cluttered and/or bright layouts but I kind of had fun. I learned how to use levels to fix my photos so I applied that knowledge to the papers as well. The original colors were fine but I used a tattered paper template and that kind of faded/grayed thema bit and they lost their vibrancy so I used levels to bring that back.
