more drabbles

More drabbles written for the [info]fictionland challenge. From random fandoms and my own original work.

1. (original) Tucker leaned against the wall, watching Sarah toss clothes into her duffel bag. “I’m leaving,” she said softly.

“Yeah, right,” he said with a snort. She glared at him from over her shoulder and continued to pack. Tucker watched her for awhile. “You’re not serious are you?” Sarah didn’t answer but her favorite faded denim jacket when into the bag followed by her journal. “You are, aren’t you?” he asked, half in shock.

Sarah spun to face him. “What did you expect, Tucker? That I would spend the rest of my life taking crap from you?”

She didn’t give him a chance to counter, pushing past him to leave.

Stargate SG-1 drabbles

Written for a challenge at [info]fictionland. We had to take one line from the previous drabble and write our own using that line somewhere in the story. These are very random and I post them “as is”. Meaning there are probably some errors but this is how they went up for the challenge. They’re pretty pointless.

1. (Jack/Sam)

I watched her move around her lab in a fluid motion. I figured she could find her way around with her eyes shut without bumping into one single item. But that was Carter. She was perfect that way.

“Sir!” The surprise in her voice made me grin.

“Hey, Carter, can I talk to you?” My voice didn’t come out as even as I would have liked it to.

She apparently noticed because her eyes narrowed. “Of course, sir.” She motioned for me to enter, and god help me, I immediately thought of bolting. Coward.


I sighed, might as well get to the point. “I’ve been reassigned.”
